Submersible irrigation pump overview :
Irrigation submersible pump types include QJ series deep well water
submersible pump and QS series fountain submersible pump.
QJ series submersible water pump can be applied in deep well for
irrigation, head and flow capacity can be extremely large, vertical
installed only.
QS series fountain pump is installed horizontally or vertically or
diagonally because of their ball bearings designed. When it is
submerged under river water, QS series fountain pump is a suitable
choice.
The main part material of cast iron submersible pump as below:
1. The pump impeller, pump casing coupling part and motor casing is
cast iron material.
2. The pump shaft is stainless steel material.
3. The bearing is graphite.
4. The winding is 100% copper with polyethylene insulation layer.
5. The rotor end ring is copper.
6. The stator casing is with 45# steel.
7. The stator is cold rolling silicon steel.

Notes for submersible water pump:
1. Motor cavity MUST BE fill with clean water when pump working
2. DO NOT use the cable as sling when install, should wear ropes on
the handle
3. The first stage impeller should go down the water level
4. After shut down the power, should wait for more than 3mins when
restart the pump
5. When the pump finish work, it's better to cut off the power

will be paid after inspection and before shipment. L/C at sight.
